At gibobs, we have a clear philosophy: the best way to earn the trust of our customers is by being fully transparent, explaining those services that do not have any cost for you and those that do have a charge. Continue reading and we will explain our price policy to you.

Service with the payment of a refundable deposit

If after performing a mortgage simulation, you decide to hire us to offer you personalised advisory services to help you obtain these offers, we will ask you to make a refundable deposit of €50*. Why do we say it is refundable? Because you will use it to pay the service you choose to perform an appraisal on your home, which is one of the procedures required to sign your mortgage. Moreover, we will refund you the €50 if:

We do not secure any offer for you, since we will not have met our objective.

You receive a firm offer that is better than ours for new mortgages.

We do not manage to improve the conditions of your current mortgage with respect to subrogations and cancellations.

On the other hand, if we obtain at least one competitive offer and none of the foregoing cases arise, rather you decide not to go ahead with the process, you will lose you deposit, since it will be used to cover the management costs of our advisers.

Furthermore, if you wish to enjoy a mortgage advisory service that is even more complete, you can take out our premium service, hence, you will have to pay 1% of the amount of the loan granted when the mortgage has been formalised.

Mortgages with low viability

If your transaction is not very viable, it is highly likely that the conditions the bank will offer you will be worse, hence, you will have to pay more for your mortgage. In our experience and due to our work philosophy, we cannot recommend that you take out said mortgage, since we would not be looking after your financial health.
